Client Feedback

“This time last year, I wasn’t even sure if I believed in talking therapy but had come to a point in my life where I was willing to try anything. My attitude changed after my first couple of appointments with Ros – she quickly put my preconceptions to rest and was able to offer me the guidance and support I needed to work through some very difficult issues. I have learned more about myself in the last 10 months than I had in the 31 years previous, thanks to the insight and self-awareness that I’ve gained from having Ros as my therapist.  My recommendation for MAC Counselling cannot come highly enough.”

"It is amazing how quickly you can change yourself by simply talking. Seeing Ros has allowed me to find myself again, allowing me to pursue goals and dreams. I was once in a bad place however with Ros's help I have found confidence and I am now pursuing a degree as a mature student. Talking helps and I am truly grateful to the help Ros has given me"
