MAC Counselling & Coaching, we believe that accessing the right support should be as straightforward as possible. Whether you are seeking counselling, relationship support, coaching, breathwork or professional supervision, we offer clear and flexible pricing with the option to pay per session or choose a discounted six-session package.
We work with adults, children, young people, couples, families and professionals, supporting a wide range of emotional, relational and personal development needs. Many clients find that regular sessions provide the time and space needed to explore challenges, build resilience and create meaningful, lasting change.
Some employers also offer counselling and coaching through workplace wellbeing programmes or employee assistance schemes, so it may be worth checking what support is available through your organisation.
As part of our commitment to making support as accessible as possible, we are pleased to offer reduced rates for eligible Blue Light Card holders and have a limited number of concessionary spaces available for clients on lower incomes.
