What Our Clients Say

When I first went to see Ros I was in a very scary place. I knew I needed help and I found it with Ros. She has supported me when I needed it most. I never thought just talking could release so much. Ros not only provided a safe place for me to talk, she gave me the tools I needed to help myself. Life is hard and I think everyone would benefit from counselling, to talk about things they can’t talk to friends or family, have someone listen and give support who will not judge or criticise you but help you. I didn’t realise how much counselling would help me. Thanks Ros.

  —  Individual Session
We attended Ros for many months following a traumatic period in our life. What followed was well structured and sensitive, and navigated us confidently through identified areas of difficulty in our relationship. There was never a time when we felt uncomfortable as a result of Ros’s involvement and each session was free from judgement. Ros’s insight demonstrated significant experience and we found her to be a positive aspect of our life during this time. We have since recommended her to another family, and would do so again.
M & D
  —  Couples Session
Ros's supervision has been invaluable to me over the past 2 years, especially during challenging times both personally and professionally. I always look forward to our sessions where I feel heard and supported with whatever I bring. Ros is a knowledgeable and compassionate practitioner who I find easy to connect to and this has helped us develop a strong partnership. I particularly appreciate the balance in our focus between development and personal growth.

What happened to you?

More than 130 million babies are born in the world every year. Arriving in their own unique setting including social, economic, and cultural circumstances. Some (those of whom are fortunate) are welcomed with gratitude and joy, cradled in the arms of their ecstatic parents and family. Others may experience rejection from a mother who dreamed of a different life, crushed by the pressures of poverty or a father caught up in cycle of abuse.
