***COVID Guidelines for Counselling***
Under the guidelines issued by the Scottish Government for COVID we are able to provide face-to-face sessions. Government guidance under the current restrictions, allows businesses providing services relating to mental health to remain open. It also permits people to leave their home to receive these services. Even in level four areas the guidance stipulates that one-to-one therapy and counselling can operate face to face, where they are essential for people’s wellbeing and remote delivery is not possible.
We offer confidential Counselling and Coaching working with adults as individuals, couples, families and groups. We are located in Glasgow and Newton Mearns and can also offer telephone sessions and Zoom video calls.
Our Lead Counsellor, Roslin Macdonald, is an experienced Counsellor and Registered Practitioner Member of COSCA as well as a Clinical Supervisor and Personal & Business Coach. Roslin has worked with a variety of clients who have managed to turn their lives around as a result of Counselling.
