Who am I?
Curiosity has always been the thread running through my life. I have a genuine thirst for learning, and this has led me on a varied career journey—from studying Interior Design, to working within the corporate world as a Director in Building Consultancy, and ultimately to discovering my true calling in Psychotherapy.
Over the years, I’ve often been described as a warm and attentive listener who helps people recognise their strengths and positive qualities. I offer a safe, confidential, and nonjudgemental space where clients can explore their experiences, deepen their self awareness, and feel supported as they navigate life’s challenges.
My priority is to help clients feel relaxed and comfortable from the very first session, creating the foundation for trust to grow within the therapeutic relationship. My work is clientled, grounded in a personcentred ethos, and shaped by empathy, congruence, and genuine curiosity about each individual’s inner world.
As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on a range of therapeutic modalities—including PersonCentred Therapy, CBT, Transactional Analysis, and Psychodynamic approaches. This flexibility allows me to tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs, whether collaborating with individuals, couples, or families experiencing emotional, relational, or situational difficulties. I aim to support clients in building resilience, strengthening their sense of self, and finding clarity during times of uncertainty.
I believe therapy is a collaborative journey and I feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they explore, heal, and grow. My hope is that each person who enters the therapy space feels welcomed, understood, and empowered to move toward the life they want to live.
