I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for all the support and kind words I’ve received regarding my nomination for Entrepreneur of the Year at the Chamber of Commerce’s Glasgow Business Awards. While we didn’t win an award this time, seeing the MAC name on the big screen alongside such outstanding businesses from across Scotland filled me with immense pride.
This experience reaffirmed the importance of our work as counsellors and coaches. It is a true privilege to witness the positive impact we have on people's lives. I cherish every moment spent with my clients; being a counsellor is not just my job, but my true passion, and I am grateful every day for the opportunity to do what I love.
Being part of the awards last night allowed me to reflect on how far MAC has come, and it was truly lovely to see the diverse array of businesses celebrated for their unique missions and goals. Each organisation brings its strengths to the table, making the awards a wonderful showcase of achievement across different fields in Scotland.
This experience has reinforced my commitment to continue doing the meaningful work that MAC does and my focus remains on what truly matters: making a positive difference in the lives of those that I, along with my incredible team, have the privilege to support.
