His Approach

As a fully qualified and certified Transformational Life Coach, NLP practitioner I have a passion for creating change fast in people, taking them from where they are to where they want to be, but in doing so it’s about creating the change they need and not always the change they think they want.  This is what leads us to living life as our most authentic selves.

I am fiercely passionate and trained in Cold Water Therapy and transformational Breath work. This is what creates instant transformation in those looking to make huge shifts, changing your physiology to change your life in a moment. Breathwork and cold water create fabulous conduits for releasing and processing emotional trauma or just helping others feel more connected and mindful in how they use their bodies.   Breathwork is something that has had a profound impact in my own life, and I know only too well the relationship our bodies have on living in the emotions of the familiar past keeping us stuck in a cycle of negative beliefs and emotions.

As a Strategic Intervention Coach, I work with my clients to facilitate personal and professional change in their lives, relationships, bodies, and business whilst using a unique fusion of skills.

I love nothing more than working in group and retreat spaces creating fully immersive experiences, as well as creating an incredible space to share on a 1-1 setting with clients; where they get to feel the special energy that change can create.

It’s giving you the ability to “live authentically everyday”.

Our holistic approach combines various therapeutic modalities, including counselling, coaching, breathwork and group work.

Couples Therapy and why it helps

How can I help? When was the last time someone asked you this question? And when was the last time you asked someone this question? If I were to ask you this question in the context of a relationship: how can I help you in your relationship? I’m curious what your response would be. I may not know your response but what I do know is that it is a valid response and there is a place you can receive that help.

Coaching

Open to possibility.....The power of coaching

This July I will be 57 years old, 57! No idea where the time has gone (..oh apart from a pretty full-on career in financial services, bringing up a family, all the usual helping out at clubs, helping my husband run his own business, various qualifications etc. etc.) By a somewhat happen chance my boss decided to give four of us in the opportunity to go on a coaching course. I causally said “why not?”, thinking it was a couple of days in a classroom with a bit of light essay writing. It turned out to be a fairly academic, self-led Level 7 Certificate for Senior Executive Coaching and Mentoring which took over a year to complete, including practical coaching hours. At the same time, I was taking part in quite a challenging senior development program as part of which I was provided with an executive coach.

Menopause

Why is it important for men to learn about the menopause?

Menopause is a natural process that marks the end of a woman's reproductive years, typically occurring in her late 40s or early 50s. While menopause is often viewed as a women's issue, the impact of this significant life stage extends beyond the individual experiencing it. It is crucial for men to educate themselves about menopause and its effects, as this understanding can strengthen relationships, foster empathy, and promote overall well-being for both partners.
