I work with an integrative approach, which means I draw upon different types of therapies such as Psychodynamic, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Humanistic and Person-Centred. It’s important to me that you that my approach is integrative so we find one together that works best for you so you can feel empowered, and the interventions and tools offered are ones that you feel able to try out and use if helpful.
